Powerlife is a fully-equipped fitness studio that cares for the well being of each one of our members.

Our fitness classes provide a combination of workouts and mobility exercises to beat the boredom of conventional gyms while providing you with the best results. We offer a variety of classes that mix cardiovascular endurance training, muscular strength, power, stamina and mobility exercises.

Our fitness classes are suitable for any person who would like to improve their quality of life, regardless of their current level of fitness. The classes also have a capacity limit so we can give close attention and personal instructions to our students.

The Fitness classes are structured with three types of training methods.

Meet The Trainer

Coach Daniel Choi

Dan’s love for movement and the physical body, combined with his athletic potential lead him to study sports coaching and personal training.

He has worked as head trainer for the past 10 years in various gyms in Melbourne and now, he is the main instructor and personal trainer at Powerlife.

Personal Training Sessions

If you are after a personalised training program, we offer 1 on 1 or 1 on 2 sessions at our studio in Caloundra.

Whether you have very specific goals or just prefer private fitness lessons, we offer personal training services to guide you and help you achieve results faster.

FAQs

I have done some training before, do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we do! Actually, we offer a full-week free trial rather than a single class.  During your trial, you can come to any fitness, yoga and taekwondo classes to try out and experience our awesome community. You will be asked to sign in at the front desk for your initial visit and then, you will have 1-week unlimited membership for free. 

Am I too old or too young for fitness classes?

Our trainers are there to help you with the training, regardless of your age. If you have injuries or limits in any movements, we’ll modify the exercises for your personal needs. We have members from the age of 16 to 70+, so fitness is for anyone who is willing to take the challenge. Limits exist only in your mind.

I have never done a fitness class. Will I be ok?

If you have no experience at all doing group fitness classes, we recommend you start with some 30mins private sessions to learn some basic movements and fundamentals. Normally, in 5 sessions you will be able to learn most of the basics techniques for the fitness classes.
